Where it all began

This is my very first poetry which I wrote for my English assignment. I could not post this earlier as I had to officially submit this but now since the exams are over, here we have.

Some background information: This is a continuation of W.H. Auden's famous "O, where are you going?". I'll tell you why I chose to write this and how it has an impact in our daily lives but before that tell me what you understand out of this!

                     II
'O what do you have?' said anger to adorer
'Set his house on fire with fury in your heart,
Your eternal enemy will never feel the joy
disease of revenge is ne'er apart'

'O how much more can you hold?' said choler to calmer
'Those shrewd words which shred the family,
will sulk the splenetic in you in your gruesome corner,
and sour tears speedily will roll down to reality'

'O what was that?' said temper to traveler
'Was that the color of wrath wrapping itself in white?
Or the scarlet liquid scarring the innocent future
look around, merely black and gray in sight'

'Fury will savage you' – said adorer to anger
'Sweetness runs in my blood' – said calmer to choler
'Only a color blind would know' – said traveler to temper
as he left them there, as he left them there.

                                    III
'O what did you feel?' said the sadist to stoic
'The triumph of tormenting the neonate,
Do you see the contentment of cries?
There you feel the pain passionate'

'O What are you shouting for?' said the hater to the hawker
'Those are the people who have been lading loath,
unaffected and untouched, love is only a jest to them
Love is a fabricated fantasy for that is the only troth'

'O consider the devastation' said the destructor to the dove,
'The darkness of detestation will engulf you,
the animosity of the amicable will shatter you,
the color of contempt will tarnish the white in you'

'Only you could feel that' said the stoic to sadist
'There are humans among the monsters' said the hawker to hater
'Try as hard as you can' said the dove to the destructor
as he left them there, as he left them there.

                                    IV
'O how many people will you save?' said sorrower to saver
'Myriads of maniac sink in the ocean of woe
Nothing can bring them to joy and jouissance
the futility will be fatal and death throe'

'O How far can you go?' said megrim to merriment
'Gaze at the soulless sapiens trudge past the sunset,
not a drop of zest, not a drop of zeal,
past the mundane ground melancholy jet'

'O did that forlorn creature die?' said misanthrope to mirth
'He, who bides in the lands of unapproachable, unreachable,
Having the godforsaken gloomy life,
inevitably his downcast is not defeatable'

'As many as I can' said saver to sorrow
'until I spread joy everywhere' said merriment to megrim
'Leave now' said mirth to misanthrope
as he left them there, as he left them there.

                                    V
'O save yourself' said greed to generous
'Having prodigious amount of pelf,
they still seek to steal yours,
in this callous terra think for yerself'

'O what had had happened? ' said the pleonexia to philanthropist
'our hideous history filled with corruption,
where one killed kin for the treasure
and for dosh, dared to commit abduction'

'O what do you wish for?' said the desirer to darer
'The craving for chattels ceases never,
the imperishable interest in wealth and prosperity,
the frenetic yearning lasts forever'

'I lie within all' said gypsy to greed
'My future lays in my hands ' said philanthropist to pleonexia
'Happiness resides within' said the darer to desirer
as he left them there, as he left them there.

                                    VI
'O how can you be so innocent? ' said the narcissist to naive
'The grandiose looking girl thinks for nothing but herself,
the preoccupied carl has chimeras of success and wealth,
in the exploitative world, endure the pain for yourself'

'O they think for themselves' said the megalomania to modest,
'Benefit disguises itself in benevolence,
The walls of his house is higher than yours,
yet they want your material for their malevolence'

'O this is the black and white world' said pride to purer
'Eyesights tainted, the colors of reality is contorted,
superficiality and self justification resides in the soul
this medical madness can never be thwarted'

'Get out of this place ' said the naive to narcissist
'This is where I stand apart' said the modest to magalomania
'Not by you' said purer to pride
as he left them there, as he left them there.

                                    VII
'In the darkest of nights, I brighten the sky,
in the deepest of scars, I lighten the pain,
I give thee feathers to fly,
embrace me to see what you can gain,
Yes I exist' said hope to all.

'feed your dreams with hope,
nurture your soul with hope,
lighten the self with hope,
because I am the only omnipresent

Pack the grief ,dismantle the ego,
Pour away the anger, sweep the envy,
kill hatred and burn the pride,
embrace me to see what you can gain

I am the road to the world you chase,
never was physically the road,
but when many people walk with me,
the road comes into existence '

'Don't chase for the heaven, embrace me and heaven shall reside in you'
