Closure

Yin and yang, black and white,
Mystery and answers, Fire and ice
She was a paradox
Warmth to the winter, Spirit to the summer,
Oblivious to the brutal reality, she was a window to imagination,
Grazing the stars and watching the sun sink into the sea,
They called her un-cool
But boy little did she understand them,
In her chaotic peace she danced, sang in the thunderstorms,
Wild and zealous,
She laughed her way out up until she met you,
She smiled with a tinge of red, caged her wildness,
Behaved like a petty girl only to be shattered,
Only to find herself in a stranded island
With her demons haunting her,
She became a simpleton,
Masked by clothes,
Blessed by Asuras,
Caging a demon,
Demon of self loath,
And you looked like poseidon to her sea of distress again,
You stayed silent while she walked into the dense forest of self hatred
She cried, she cursed her self
She begged, she lost her self respect,
She built her walls higher
Pain didn't go anywhere until she felt it's flames burn her naivety
Trauma didn't leave her until she felt the thorns in her rose bed
It was dangerous how she didn't know if this rust was killing her or protecting her,
Then you chose to move on, she moved up
You chose silence, she used her actions
You chose to let her go, she finally knew what more she was worth of
And that day, my friend, a butterfly bloomed and puzzled the muggles
While she flew again,
Higher than ever
Happier than ever
Stronger than ever
The muggles wondered what the magic of closure could do,
