Short dress on her scarred body,
Large lump in her flat stomach,
Sadness contoured and tears brushed away,
Smile on the lips, sadness all over inside
Head higher than her heels,
Walked with pride and poise,
Known as an epitome of beauty yet an enigma to the world,
Walking up the ramp of life
With a raging storm within, she put up a surreal smile
